You keep ownership of the code and text you create here. By creating a share link you allow us to store and serve that content to people holding the link. You are responsible for what you submit, and we may remove content that breaks these terms.
New learners get a one-off free trial of the practice workspace. The trial starts the first time you use practice, not when you register, and it can be claimed only once per verified email address.
Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Certificates confirm completion of a tutorial and its assessment on this site. They are not an accredited qualification. We may withdraw a certificate obtained by cheating or by abusing the platform.
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or withdraw features, and may carry out maintenance without notice. Where a paid feature is withdrawn entirely, we will offer a fair remedy for the unused part of your plan.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
